This is a photo of my cousin Christopher and his wife Imee. It started off as a very out of focus color digital, but the end result tells the story I wanted in the first place. My stylish cousins at a glance with a glance. A little noise, a little black and white, some upping of the contrast, and a little bit of blowout turns it into something I can look at and feel that I've done their images justice.
When I'm not at home and infront of Photoshop, Picasa is like the upscale fast-food restaurants that are so envogue now. (think Moe's). It has great flavor, a nice menu, and is highly specialized. But it's no gourmet kitchen, it's good at what it does, and has great backing. Also, batch exports couldn't be easier!
Delving into portrait photography, and also digital photography in general, the views of a non-native Atlantan are presented for your perusal, and commentary.
A technologically inclined soul with the heart that requires a bit of maintainence. Not much different than your standard issue human being, but handle with care. In return your Nevkil will offer you the opportunity to find the heart and humor in anything you want.
